SECTION 19 – CAILEACH’S HERBARIUM SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
By subscribing to Caileach’s Herbarium, you are joining a slower, seasonal offering of herbal lore, folk tradition, stories, and posted treasures shared through the post each month.
Your Subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To avoid being charged for the following month’s parcel, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the end of the current month.
Cancellations made after this point may still receive the upcoming parcel if it has already entered preparation.
Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
Shipping & Posting
Parcels are usually prepared and posted near the end of each month and sent by Royal Mail.
Delays caused by postal services, holidays, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.
Address Changes
Please ensure your postal address remains accurate and up to date.
We cannot replace items sent to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Because subscriptions contain curated, seasonal, and limited items, refunds are generally not offered once a parcel has been dispatched.
If something arrives damaged or there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will always try to resolve matters fairly and kindly.
Changes to the Subscription
The contents, schedule, or pricing of the subscription may occasionally change as the project evolves.
Where possible, we will provide notice of significant changes in advance.
