We are looking for people like you to help protect vulnerable or at risk community or folk heritage sites such as wells, springs, ancient monuments, cairns, meeting places, caves and more all over Scotland to be site monitors or custodians.
You can get involved in many ways such as volunteering your time to help monitor sites in your area or supporting our other activities. In exchange we can bring you together with other like minded folk, provide training, support meet up‘s, and our collective can help in the work required at the site to conserve it.
We want you to be as involved as you wish. Perhaps you‘ll eventually become a site custodian taking an interest in the sites local history and folklore and encouraging your local community to become involved in the sites maintenance and upkeep. Re-enchanting future generations and preserving its use. Its your journey. We are here to support you with it.
The Network can support you to care for this site, if this is something you wish to undertake, helping you engage with the current owner of the space to allow access and provide a way to network with other people in Scotland with the same interests.
If this is something you’d be interested in please contact us using the form below. We will get back to you as soon as we are able to to start the process and have further conversations.

The WLN is on a hiatus at the moment until we work somethings out but I cant see why not once we are back up and running again!
