Tales of the Taibhsear – Stories of Scottish folk magic. Was born from collaboration between the Cailleachs Herbarium , Debbie Armour (Burd Ellen) and Amanda Edmiston of Botanic Fabula story Telling. The Tales of the Taibhsear album was launched at the Dreaming Bread and Skyrie Stanes event. Held on the 11th of November 2018.
This album was developed thanks to the amazing support from a community of interested backers. Developed from a chapbook of research accompanying this album. The two are linked but distinct pieces of work. Able to be enjoyed separately or together. They shine a light on each other which isn’t possible to do so in just a single format.
Profits from the sale of Tales of the Taibhsear album go toward protecting sacred springs, wells and other sites in Scotland.
